Confidentiality
All patient information will be treated with the strictest of confidence by practice staff. Our consulting rooms are sound-proofed and reception separated from the waiting room for enhanced privacy. Access to computers and patient records is carefully restricted.
Computerisation
At times you may be asked to complete a patient questionnaire in order to maintain our record of all patients. Computers require accurate records which is to everyone’s advantage and holds the key to many benefits, particularly in preventative medicine. The practice is registered under the Data Protection Act and confidentiality will remain our prime concern.
