Accident and Emergency
The nearest accident units open 24 hours a day are the St Helier and St George’s Hospitals. These departments should be used for emergencies only, when there has been an accident or when a severe acute illness develops and you cannot find your doctor. If you require an ambulance for an accident, dial 999.
There is also a walk-in primary care clinic at St George’s Hospital open 7.00am - 10.00pm seven days a week for minor illnesses, dressings, muscle and joint injuries, strains and sprains, emergency contraception, women's health problems eg thrush and cystitis, hayfever, bites and stings.
