FAQs

Important (please read before registering)

  • Your appointment request (online, phone or walk-in) reviewed on the same day & actioned by a GP – response often within an hour.

  • We are unable to offer home visits to patients who reside out of area.

  • You must be able to travel to the surgery for any face-to-face appointments if out-of-area.

  • Not recommended if you are housebound or have significant mobility issues.
