Please note that out-of-area registration may affect access to certain home-based services. If you are unsure whether this applies to you, our team can advise you.
Cricket Green Medical Practice is also a Safe Surgery. This means that lack of ID, proof of address, immigration status or language barriers will not stop you from registering with us.

Yes. Registering with us transfers your NHS GP care to Cricket Green Medical Practice. You can switch again in future if you wish.

We aim to confirm registrations within 3 days (Monday to Friday).

Yes. We accept patients across London as out-of-area patients.
No home visits are available for out-of-area patients, and you must be able to travel to the surgery for face-to-face appointments. It is not recommended to register if you are housebound or have significant mobility issues.

Once registered, you can message us on online during opening hours 8am-6.30pm (Monday to Friday) for advice, medication and appointment requests.
Online forms are not monitored 24/7
For urgent medical help when we are closed, use NHS 111.
